This report covers the immediate response to the Covid-19 crisis from April 2020 and the extraordinary work of our staff, volunteers, and partners to provide direct practical support and emergency help, as well as adapting our ongoing whole family support and domestic abuse services to work within the restrictions and overcome challenges throughout this difficult time.

Our team delivered meals, food, essential supplies and resources for children’s home learning during lockdowns and for isolated families throughout the year. We kept in close contact with families to ensure that we could help them to access the support they needed, through Southside or other local services.
